The app is amazing. It really helps to focus when a panic-attack occurs or helps to get through an anxiety-attack. It also serves as a diary and allows you to write down what might have triggered you in this particular moment.

This is a wonderful app. easy to use, helpful. My therapist actually recommended this for me. Its a great way to keep track of what you feel and when. You can even meditate using it. there are groups you can chat with (or not). I would recommend.
I never write reviews, but I absolutely love this app. I love that I can track my mood and I recently have stepped out of my comfort zone and started using the chats. Its so nice to have people to talk to that are going through similar things. I definitely would recommend this and have already told several of my friends about it.
I have chronic anxiety for which I have been treated for more than two decades. This app is like a Zen yogi in my pocket. The team at Pacifica have come up with a really useful combination of activities to help you feel relaxed and centered. Try the Thoughts function to rewire your brains negative/anxious thought habits. And the breathing activity has become a staple of my day--takes me from an 8 to a 4 on my anxiety scale in 2 minutes. This app is great for tracking and being mindful of your mood. I dont use many of the other features, such as the meditations or support groups, but I am glad they are available. I am glad this app exists, I think it is a great tool for achieving greater well being
My favorite exercise is Becoming the Tree but there are many great ones to choose from. There is just so much to help focus the mind and work through all the thoughts and emotions that sometimes make us feel stress and anxiety. I highly recommend it!
