Clean look + helpful

This app looks really good! Its a great way to ensure that we have a moment to ourselves and relax which goes a lot way when battling anxiety. I recommend using this app in conjunction with a self help book to overcome anxiety. One recommendation is to have more, lengthier meditations as an option.

Best Anxiety-Management App Around!

Ive been using Pacifica for a few months as part of a larger strategy to learn to overcome my anxiety. Its helped me track my emotions, my triggers, and helps me be more mindful about my mental state throughout the day.

Excellent app

This app has helped me calm down in situations, helped me achieve goals, and most importantly it helps me track down how I feel so in long term I can see how I feel and what affects this. The new update isnt working very well though, every time I open the app it crashes.

Great app! Only suggestion is that you should be able to exit out of the app and the audio from the meditation section should continue playing!

It wont let me open the app at all....itll load for a second and then just shut down

Really Brilliant App For Reducing Stress and Anxiety

I think this app is amazing, its been helping to relax me and I can see that it would reduce my anxiety as well. I like everything about it right now but I would suggest letting it be possible to play the music while the app isnt in use or your phone is off and also to maybe edit the notes we make when we check our mood. But otherwise, its really wonderful and Im so glad to have found it!

This is a beautifully designed, detailed app. It covers all the bases that might contribute towards anxiety. I like that I can track my feelings from day to day. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try to better manage their anxiety or cope with everyday stress.

I rate this app because it helped me channel my stress and anxiety into exercises in this app, like the breathing exercises, muscle flex and relax also this app will notify you on how youre doing and with that said its a keeper for me just re downloading the app once more because I do need it and while I had this app I been stress and anxiety free! Must download

Magnificent!

Such a brilliant app to keep you aware of the simple things that need to done or avoided. The breathing exercises are simple and work wonders. This is definitely my favourite and most used app.

Great idea - terrible execution.

This app would be great, but it is severely limiting when you dont pay the monthly subscription fee. Its not a one time fee to unlock parts of the app, its a subscription fee they demand you pay in order to use the app in an effective manner every month. I might consider paying it, but I dont think the app can be customized enough for my personal needs and Im not willing to pay that much for an app that Im not happy with. I can do the exact same thing as this app with pen and paper. This app could be a great tool, it just needs work.

Great App

Seeing a visualization of my mood history is great. Also, the thoughts exercise really do have a positive impact (even though I didnt think they would). Challenging your thoughts reaffirms that you have control over your mind, even when you think you dont. The relax and meditations parts of the app are also useful (although I have yet to fully explore them), and the exercises I have completed have been recommended to me by outside sources, so the developers obviously did their research.

A++ anxiety relief app

As someone whos been struggling with anxiety and depression for many years and has gone to many therapy sessions, this app is highly helpful. It pulls together all the best anxiety relief methods that one may learn in therapy and makes them accessible in an easy to use, motivational way. Im very happy my friend suggested it for me and Id recommend it for anyone struggling with anxiety or just wants to improve their mood.
