Great Social app for Anxiety Support

The free recordings are good, but recorded to fast, and not as good quality as to want to buy the other tracks. But the mood tracker with emotion and notes, and the social groups are awesome support groups to get thru any anxieties, great environment for support.

Everyone should use this amazing, well-built app. It is a daily reminder that are feelings are important and always okay. Feelings and emotions are good and trying to help us through life. We must take caution in actions that follow emotions and feelings. For the actions can have negative impacts. Both directly and indirectly. Listen to the feelings. Allow them to flow. Carefully consider the actions and words that result from those feelings. And live life!! Peace and Love from Wisconsin.

Although its not a replacement for therapy it helps. I cant afford professional help right now so this is helping me to manage while I seek it out. Ive genuinely noticed a difference in my day to day life. Even something as simple as having "someone" (the app) ask me how I feel throughout the day helps me. Its Increased the positivity in my life. I recommended his to friends personally already. I believe anyone looking for a little light can benefit from this.

I dont have anxiety but, this app helped me vent, be a lot more organized, and keep myself healthy. You also get a good piece of the app for free.

I have found the Pacifica app to be amazingly helpful in every way. It is obvious to me that a lot of thought went into the design. The soundscapes are very high quality, and they help with anxiety, relaxation, etc. There are many guided meditation activities to choose from to fit your needs, and they are incredibly helpful and effective. The programs of tracking my moods, thoughts, challenges, goals, and health are very beneficial. The design and features of the app are wonderful, and far better than similar apps I tried. Its easy to use, too. Also, Ive had excellent customer service!

Very good, could have a few more features though

I love this app absolutely; the moods and feelings and thoughts and goals, I even use the goal just for daily tasks, and especially the health. But I have to admit I wish it had a few more things. Like the eating feather in the health section. I almost wish it would somehow keep track of what I eat and maybe at he end of the week see what Im missing most and give me a helpful hint for eating better every week with the report. That would be awesome.

I love it

This is the only app thats helped me with my anxiety and insomnia. Its seriously amazing. Its not depressing like TalkLife. The groups are actually helpful and the meditation is so relaxing. I use this every day.

Its good but some I dont get

This app helps me a little but I dont understand how to do some of the activities.

I am putting five stars because the app has definitely helped me realize what is happening in reality and not was is inside my head. The fact that there are groups you can ask help in it give advice has helped me tremendously the past few days.

Needs a live chat feature

I think the features so far are great, at least for me. I do wish it had a chat feature and a "therapist" feature like TalkSpace.

What a blessing

What you get for free is a blessing. What a giant help. If you want to upgrade its still very reasonable. I love it. If you suffer with stress and anxiety and or depression, I am sure you will benefit from this.

Great stress reliever

I really like this app b/c it helps relieve stress with the thought journal and how you feel. Typing down my thoughts helps me notice which thoughts are realistic or not, and looking back at thoughts gives me a perspective on how I view situations. I also love the stress reliever tips the app gives, like breathing I calmer

Suggestion

Ive been enjoying this app but Id like the option to upload photos on the emotion/whats going on section. Like a visual diary

Help! Bugs since iOS 9!

I use this app for 2 or 3 weeks now and I really enjoy it. However, its a disaster since iOS 9! There are a lots of bugs (i.e: I cant go back to the Home screen bc the current screen always comes back and back!). Hope it will be fix very soon because I need this App, Im already addicted! Thank you very much Thank you very much!

Great!!!

I really like this app. It really helps you see your emotional patterns. The mediation and relax tools help calm down and focus. The only problem is that you have to pay to have the full app.
