Awesome!

This app is fantastic! I get a wonderful sense of accomplishment whenever I complete my goals for the day and when I meet standards on my health meter. The relaxation exercises are amazing, especially the muscle relaxation. Whenever I do it, I feel as though I am not stressed, anxious, or depressed. This is the first time this is ever happened to me. This app is steadily bringing me peace at mind and body. I highly recommend it.

Pacifica has really been a key part in living with anxiety, depression and OCD. My therapist and I go over my moods and journal entries. I use the free version. The last 2 updates makes it harder to type my journal entries. While typing, I cant seem to go back to a word or sentence if I need to change spelling or punctuation while making the entry. I would love to be able to print or export entries to give to my therapist and psych docs. Thanks for a great app!

pretty good some improvements could be made

maybe add depression symptoms instead of just anxiety, such as depressed in addition to or instead of sad, also I think motivated would be a good addition. also a place where you could put down how productive you were would be super useful. I think the most useful thing you guys could add though would be a correlation or analysis aspect where you can see whats tied to what for instance: your mood is generally higher when you sleep for 6 hours or have 1 cup of coffee. another thing is you cant easily see all of your progress only the past week so making it so you could see a month or a year or some sort of graph would be super useful, the graph could work well with analysis, too. overall this app is pretty good. issues include sometimes random logouts and a high focus on anxiety as opposed to other illnesses

Wonderful app

I love this app for "on the go" support! Its easy to track moods and feelings. My favorite features are the short exercises and meditations that are available on demand. Ive done several and always feel more peaceful upon completion (even while waiting in the carpool line!). Id highly suggest this app for those looking for tools to manage stress and anxiety or improve their mindfulness.

Helpful, but bugs?

This app has really helped me manage my anxiety thus far but the Health feature keeps crashing and shows nothing but a blank screen.

Wow! I joined a week ago and my chat room has gone from 600 to over 700 users. I am grateful to find like minded support 24/7. Mindfulness apps apply well too. I shared with my therapist and group. Praise God!

Really helpful

As someone struggling with mental health with not much support, Pacifa has really helped me. It is easy and helpful to track my mood and to talk to others going through similar things. I would recommend Pacifa to anyone struggling with their mental health or needing a community of supportive people to talk to.

This app is great for getting to know others and to help them, and to receive help. Id love if users could change their profile pictures and have their own profile, though. And to be able to import pictures from their gallery.

Helpful and easy to use

This has helped me be more self aware of what triggers my mood changes. I really like the Thoughts aspect, it allows you to label and then rephrase your negative thinking into something positive. Its one of my most used and favorite apps now.
